Courreges.com provides free delivery in Europe, Japan and United States. The shipping costs as well as the customs fees are at the charge of the Courrèges house.
The delivery of your order can be made to your usual place of residence or to any other address of your choice entered during your online purchase on Courrèges.com.
The delivery time for France is 1 to 2 working days and 3 to 6 working days for other destinations. The latter may vary depending on the time taken by the carrier for customs clearance.
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the treatment of the order as well as its shipping.

Courrèges offers returns for all orders in France and abroad, provided that return conditions are met.
You may return any item ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns or exchanges of online orders are not allowed in stores.
Fill in the return form included to your package and contact our customer service to request your prepaid return label, specifying the reason of your return.
When preparing your return, items should be suitable for resale, i.e. in their original condition, unworn and with their identification label and the warranty stamp. For shoes, the sole must be intact. We recommend that you try your Courrèges shoes on a carpet or rug-like surface.
Sealed items (swimsuits, etc.) that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or taken back for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Any perfume, candle or gift set that is not returned in its original and intact packaging will be refused (the crystal film covering the perfume case must still be sealed).
Refunds are validated within 5 business days of receipt. During busy periods, this period may be extended to 10 working days. We will refund the item as soon as the return has been validated and you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method used. For payments by credit card, we commit to refunding you within 7 working days following the reception of your refund confirmation. However, the time required to credit your credit card will depend on your card issuer.
For payments made via Paypal, the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 24 hours after the date of the confirmation email.
